The Minister for Human Services, Roger Jaensch was at the FKAT Centre on Wednesday the 1st of August to launch the third edition of a handbook for foster and kinship carers. The Handbook has been made possible by a Tasmanian Community Fund grant and support from the Office of Children and Youth Services.
